About the Headmaster

My name is Julie Kelly and I live in Hueytown, Alabama. I spent thirty-two years in public education, with seventeen of those serving as a Principal. I have a Master’s Degree in School Administration from the University of Montevallo. I am excited about the vision of Bessemer Academy. I am a motivated, energetic person who constantly strives to set new goals and keep our school moving forward to be the best it can be.
