INQUIRY PROCESS


  • Inquiry

    To inquire about a student enrolling in Bessemer Academy for the next school year, the following steps must be taken:

    • Complete Inquiry Form
    • Submit recent report card or transcript
    • Pass Assessment                                                      
            - Incoming 1st through 8th Grades
    • Meet with headmaster/director                
             - Student must attend meeting

  • Apply

    After student passes assessment (if required), meets with headmaster/director and bookkeeper, the student may be extended an invitation to apply.


    Application steps include:

    • Paying $30 application fee
    • Completing application form                            
            - Requires teacher recommendation
            - Requires birth certificate, social security card and immunization record.

  • Enroll

    IF application is accepted, you will receive an email invitation to enroll.


    Enrollment steps include:

    • Creating family portal account
    • Completing enrollment packet through family portal
    • Paying registration fee and first month's tuition
    • Returning tuition payment plan form to bookkeeper
    • Signing financial contract

Space is limited in many grade levels. Application is dependent on availability, and a spot cannot be confirmed until the full enrollment process is complete.
